At Flakefleet Primary School, our 3–4-year-old Nursery provides a happy, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn through play, explore their interests, develop friendships and grow in confidence.
We know that every child is unique, so our experienced Early Years team takes the time to get to know each child and provide experiences that support their individual needs, interests and development.
Learning Through Play
Our Nursery offers a balance of child-led play, purposeful activities and adult-guided learning, giving children the freedom to explore while developing the skills they need for their next steps.

Part of the Flakefleet Family
Our Nursery children are very much part of the wider Flakefleet community. They have opportunities to become familiar with the school, meet staff and children and take part in wider school experiences.
This helps children build a strong sense of belonging and supports a smooth and confident transition into Reception when the time comes.
